ORDERING AND PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through this web site using our secure shopping cart. Simply add your products to your cart and follow the prompts to checkout. If you need any additional help through the checkout process, please contact me.

Do you sell and ship internationally?

International orders can only be accepted through my Etsy shop at this time. The shop has an identical selection of products, but allows for greater protection and customer care for my international customers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Is my payment secure?
In short, yes. Transactions are made through Stripe's secure payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. No sensitive data is shared between the buyer and the seller. SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $3.95 for all U.S. orders.

How long will my order take to ship?
In-stock orders leave my studio within 3 days of purchase.

How is my order shipped?
All in-stock items ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Most domestic orders will reach their destination in 3-8 days after it leaves my studio, though I have seen it take longer. It's always best to order early or contact me for a faster shipping option if you need an order by a specific date. 

All orders include complimentary tracking and delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item leaves my studio.

How is my order packaged?
Orders are securely and carefully packaged in bubble and no-bend mailers. A receipt is included in your order and the package is marked on the outside with the Type Shy logo.

Can I mail my order directly to someone else as gift? Can it be gift wrapped?
Of course, please indicate the order is a gift at checkout.  All items are packaged suitable for gift giving. If you would like me to leave out the receipt, send the package without outside branding, or include a note to the recipient, I'm happy to do so -- just send me a message after checkout.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
I put a lot of love into each of my items and I want you to love each purchase from my shop. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to make it right.

Refunds must be requested within 10 days of order delivery. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of order delivery. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original product packaging. In most cases, you are responsible for the cost of returning the order to me and the original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Can I return a custom order?
Because of their nature, custom orders cannot be returned, but I do everything possible to make sure you love your custom item before it ships.
